About The Role

  1. 组织目标分解达成： 根据公司MBO，完成组织目标分解及达成。
  2. 跨部门沟通协调： 进行跨部门沟通协调，工作优先顺序及内外资源的协调合作。
  3. 人才梯队优化： 优化人才梯队，部门团队文化搭建。
  4. CMP设备优化与耗材评估： 领导CMP设备优化；CMP耗材及零件评估。
  5. 质量体系完善与产能提升： 与IT、QC和制造部门合作，完善质量体系，并提升产能。
  6. 新技术转移与机台评估： 新技术转移与产能产量提升，工艺的评估与调整来支持新型机台的评估。
  1. 教育背景与专业知识：学历本科以上，化学、电子或材料相关专业。
  2. 行业与专业经验：5年以上的CMP EE相关工作经验，有良好的工艺整合与耗材方面知识；具备12寸Fab建厂/扩建/量产工作经验；具备2nd Source & CIP开发经验。
  3. 其他要求：1年以上带团队经验。
