About The Role

  1. 深入理解客户需求，独立开展人才管理相关问题诊断与解决方案设计，并清晰向客户传达工作成果；
  2. 基于人才标准构建、人才评估、人才发展及组织管理等业务场景，为客户提供专业咨询建议与落地实施方案；
  3. 参与项目关键环节，包括与企业中高层管理者沟通协调、阶段性汇报及赋能培训等；
  4. 持续沉淀项目经验，提炼交付策略、行业解决方案及成功案例，面向内部顾问团队开展技术赋能与知识传递；
  5. 结合北森AI产品体系（AI面试官、AI陪练、米森），推动AI能力在客户场景中的解决方案落地和迭代；
  6. 协同产品研发与解决方案团队，反馈客户真实需求与使用洞察，支持AI产品功能演进与价值验证。
  1. 本科及以上学历，心理学、人力资源管理或相关专业背景，熟悉人才测评、人才管理的理论与实践，具备5年以上人力资源咨询或企业人才管理相关工作经验；
  2. 具备扎实的专业能力与结构化问题解决能力，能针对不同行业及企业需求提供适配性解决方案；
  3. 具备与企业中高层管理者有效沟通的能力，有较强的人际影响力、责任意识及客户服务导向；
  4. 学习能力强，思维开放灵活，能快速掌握新工具、新方法并应用于实践；
  5. 对AI技术在HR领域的应用有基本认知或实践经验，愿意深入理解并推动AI产品在人才管理场景的落地；
  6. 热爱专业咨询服务工作，能适应短期出差安排。
