About The Role

  1. 负责CMC阶段大分子药物（抗体，ADC等）Binding ELISA和Cell-based Assay等相关分析方法的开发，优化和troubleshooting；
  2. 负责流式、SPR亲和力测定等表征方法的开发；
  3. 负责活性分析方法的方法评估，撰写方法开发报告，生效检测方案，转移方法给QC部门；
  4. 为公司IND和BLA项目的申报提供分析方法支持；
  5. 搭建活性分析新技术平台。
  1. 药学、生物技术、生物工程、细胞生物学、免疫学等相关专业博士学历（考虑2025/2026届博士）；
  2. 有大分子药物活性分析方法开发经验优先；
  3. 善于学习新知识，掌握新技能，心态良好，积极主动，能够主动承担多种职责，团队意识强；
  4. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
