About The Role
保证将所有维修申请都详细记录在工作交接记录本上，在交班时必须及时更新工作完成情况。 确保日常系统和机电设备的顺利运行。落实日常其它部门和客人提出的各种维修要求。 确保在对客房、公共区域进行一般性维修所需的工具和材料的充足 进行当班巡查以及按照工作核查表检查系统和机电设备运行情况。及时发现不正常的运行情况并采取补救措施。将发现的问题汇报给值班工程师
