【整体职责义务】 遵守酒店政策和程序，万豪商业行为规范，确保所有酒店内部信息的安全性 通过Opera软件客人档案系统保护客人资料 根据酒店标准，确保所有叫醒服务是在正确时间 充分了解，分享品牌细节，确保能将万豪信息分享给所有的顾客 熟悉酒店安全、急救及消防紧急情况处理程序 处理客人投诉，采取行动时并随之通知前厅部经理 【专业知识技能】 大专以上学历 3年宾客服务或相关专业领域工作经验 流利的英文和普通话表达（口头/书面） 计算机熟练使用，必须有Opera软件使用经验 清晰的沟通和管理能力
