Ÿ 物料需求计划与订单管理： 根据主生产计划及客户需求，制定并发布供应商物料需求计划、采购订单及长短期预测，确保物料按时、按量供应，满足项目爬坡与量产需求。Material Requirement Planning & Order Management: Develop and release supplier material requirement plans, purchase orders, and short/long-term forecasts based on the Master Production Schedule and customer demand, ensuring timely and accurate material supply for project ramp-up and mass production; Ÿ 供应链风险监控与交付保障： 监控物料供应状态，每周识别并提报风险物料清单；对交付异常情况立即发起警报并协同解决，确保生产连续性。Supply Chain Risk Monitoring & Delivery Assurance: Monitor material supply status, identify and report a weekly risk material list. Immediately escalate delivery exceptions and collaborate on resolutions to ensure production continuity; Ÿ 库存优化与分析： 协助优化供应商交货频次与批量，提升库存周转率。负责原材料库存结构分析、健康度监控，以及呆滞/过剩库存的分析、预防与削减方案制定。Inventory Optimization & Analysis: Assist in optimizing supplier delivery frequency and lot sizes to improve inventory turnover. Analyze raw material inventory structure, monitor health status, and develop plans to prevent, analyze, and reduce obsolete/excess inventory; Ÿ 系统与供应商管理： 负责SAP系统中计划相关参数（如安全库存、再订货点）的维护。执行对关键供应商的中长期产能调查与管理。System & Supplier Management: Maintain planning-related parameters (e.g., safety stock, reorder point) in the SAP system. Conduct mid-to-long-term capacity surveys and management for key suppliers; Ÿ 进出口关务协调： 负责生产性物料进出口相关的关务操作协调与单据处理，确保合规与及时清关。Import/Export Customs Coordination: Handle coordination and documentation for import/export customs operations related to production materials, ensuring compliance and timely clearance; Ÿ 完成上级领导安排的其他工作; Complete other tasks assigned by Line Manager. 任职资格 Qualifications Ÿ 学历要求 Educational requirements： 本科及以上学历。Bachelor's degree or above； Ÿ 专业要求 Professional requirements: 供应链管理、物流管理、工商管理或相关专业。Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields； Ÿ 专业知识和技能 Professional knowledge and skills: 精通物料需求计划（MRP）原理、库存控制及采购流程。Proficient in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) principles, inventory control, and procurement processes; 熟练掌握SAP系统（MM/PP模块）操作，理解其运行逻辑。Proficient in operating SAP systems (MM/PP modules) and understanding their operational logic; 具备良好的数据分析与处理能力，熟练使用Excel等办公软件。Strong data analysis and processing skills, proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel); Ÿ 素质要求（软性技能） Quality requirements (soft skills): 优秀的沟通协调能力、谈判技巧及团队协作精神。Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit; 逻辑清晰，注重细节，具备出色的抗压能力和多任务处理能力。Clear logic, attention to detail, with outstanding resilience under pressure and multitasking capabilities.
