We’re looking for a confident and guest-focused Receptionist to join our front-of-house team.

The Role

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable welcome from the moment they arrive. Working closely with the management and front-of-house teams, you’ll manage reservations, coordinate guest flow, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards and distinctive character of Shanghai Me.
