Join our vibrant Retail team as a Client Advisor and be part of something extraordinary! You will be based in our Breitling boutique in Osaka , reporting to the Boutique Manager. More than just a sales role, this is an opportunity to create memorable Breitling experiences through personalized service, engaging product storytelling, and lasting client relationships. Working closely with your boutique colleagues, you will contribute to deliver the exceptional service our clients expect. Through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and teamwork, you will develop your skills and product knowledge in a welcoming and dynamic environment. Main responsibilities: • Welcome clients warmly, understand their needs and deliver attentive service from first visit through post-purchase follow-up. • Contribute to individual and team sales targets and boutique KPIs through proactive, client-focused selling. • Present Breitling watches, brand heritage and product features with confidence, building knowledge through ongoing training. • Develop lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-up, clienteling and CRM activities. • Support daily boutique operations, including product presentation, inventory handling and maintaining an inviting sales floor. • Participate in product and service training, launches and client events; collaborate closely with the boutique team. • Follow company policies and procedures and represent Breitling professionally in every interaction. Your profile: • Experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing role is welcome; luxury experience is an advantage, not a requirement. • Genuine enthusiasm for client service, sales and building long-term relationships. • Positive, proactive and collaborative, with a willingness to learn and develop. • Interest in watches, fashion or premium brands; specialist watch knowledge is not required. • Effective Japanese communication; English or other languages are an advantage. • Comfortable with basic digital tools and learning retail systems; available for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
