About The Role
📢 HIRING: MAINTENANCE STAFF / ASSISTANT TO BUILDING ENGINEER
📍 Location: Cebu City
🏢 Assignment: Residential & Commercial Buildings
📅 Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday
🚀 Start: ASAP
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate; vocational/technical course is an advantage
- With experience in building/facilities maintenance is preferred
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general building maintenance
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills
- Willing to work onsite and assist the Building Engineer
- Must be residing in Cebu City or nearby area
- Can start ASAP
