Senior Finance Associate

Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission in Tunisia and the direct supervision of the National RMO, and in close coordination with the Finance Officer and Resources Management Unit, Project Management, relevant units at the Regional Office, Headquarters and administrative centres, the Senior Finance Associate will provide senior-level finance support to the TN10 Country Office. The incumbent will support the TN10 Finance Unit, with responsibility for strengthening financial oversight, budget monitoring, donor financial reporting, documentation quality, and compliance with applicable IOM requirements. The role will support early identification and resolution of compliance gaps and reduce the risk of ineligible expenditure, reporting discrepancies, audit observations, and financial exposure to the Mission.
