Software Engineering Manager (m/f/i)

UL Solutions is digitizing how its global laboratories and operations work. Our Innovation and Technology team builds and runs a cloud-based enterprise platform that automates testing, replaces manual document-based processes with digital workflows, and turns operational data into structured data for reporting, analytics, and AI. The platform is used daily in laboratories across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the platform team. The role leads the development team and the sub-product owners, owns the full software lifecycle, and drives the next step in maturity, scale, and reliability of the platform.
