SPECIALIST (SERVICE & TECHNICAL)

The Service & Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring a high standard of technical support and investigation for the dealer network and key accounts, in compliance with the Company's Integrity and Anti-Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy, and S.H.E. requirements. The successful incumbent will provide technical support, conduct investigations, coach dealer personnel, manage key customer relationships, and support continuous improvement initiatives while performing delegated S.H.E. responsibilities and promptly reporting any deviations to the line manager.
