Senior Material Planner

Are you passionate about turning data into strategic decisions and ensuring material availability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Senior Material Planner to lead material planning activities, optimize inventory strategies, and drive operational excellence through analytical decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end MRP process, ensuring accurate master data, proper system parameters, and effective daily execution.
Analyze demand, consumption trends, and forecasts to optimize inventory policies and material availability.
Manage critical materials through risk analysis and proactive supply planning.
Monitor and improve key Supply Chain KPIs, including material availability, inventory turns, excess and obsolete inventory, supplier performance, and MRP accuracy.
Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Suppliers to support production requirements and expedite critical materials when necessary.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, MRP automation, and supply chain efficiency.
Act as a technical mentor and subject matter expert for Material Planners, promoting best practices in planning and inventory management.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience in Material Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.
✔ Advanced English communication skills.
✔ Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
✔ Experience with forecasting, demand planning, inventory policies, and supply chain analytics.
✔ Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis.
✔ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
