About The Role

  1. 负责/参与三维存储器的前沿技术洞察、集成架构设计与芯片开发
  2. 负责三维存储器的工艺整合，包括工艺流程设计与优化，定义工艺模块尺寸参数，统筹整体工艺兼容性和可制造性
  1. 微电子/半导体/集成电路，物理，化学，材料相关专业，硕士及以上学历
  2. 具备2年及以上工作经验，有NAND或其他存储器工艺开发、工艺整合或器件特性研究工作经验者优先
  3. 具备良好的学习和沟通能力，问题定位和解决能力，跨部门推动能力，以及抗压能力
