About The Role
- 活动策划与落地：参与门店市场营销活动、门店联动推广及主题活动的方案策划、筹备与现场执行，助力品牌传播与客流业绩提升
- 日常运营协同：协助处理日常市场运营工作，包括宣传物料统筹制作、推广渠道对接、合同与流程跟进等，确保市场运营各项工作顺畅推进
- 市场洞察与数据分析：收集竞品动态、行业趋势及顾客反馈，协助整理活动与日常运营数据，为市场策略制定与运营优化提供数据支撑
- 跨部门协作支持：协同门店运营、设计、采购等内部部门及外部合作方，做好信息传达与进度跟进，推动市场项目高效落地
- 综合素质：
- 具备敏锐的市场嗅觉、创意思维与较强的文案表达能力
- 沟通协调能力突出，具备良好的团队合作意识
- 具备较强的抗压能力、自驱力与快速学习能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境
- 熟练使用常用办公软件（PPT、Excel等），具备基础数据敏感度
- 实践经验：有学生会、社团骨干经历，或具备市场/运营/策划类实习实践经验者优先
- 职业素养：高度认同企业文化，具备利他精神与艰苦奋斗品质，服从业务发展与工作统筹安排
