About The Role
- 负责在省分新军条线部门指导下，完成渠道代理人队伍的管理、考核、佣金计算与发放等日常管理；
- 负责分析本机构渠道代理人队伍发展现状，向省公司提供合理化建议；
- 负责推广、普及常规与政企基本法制度，进行基本法常态化追踪预警，落实本机构的晋升推动工作；
- 负责落实总、省公司人员管理制度政策，及时反馈营销团队的意见建议，落实渠道专业化和精细化管理的具体措施；
- 负责渠道代理人的入职资料、人员信息、入离司办理及执业证登记注销等日常管理；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 专业不限。
