About The Role
About the Job Are you looking for an internship where you can tackle complex operational challenges and see the direct impact of your work on day one? At OSL, we are reshaping the digital asset and fintech landscape. As a Business Management & Operations Intern, you won't just be doing administrative paperwork. You will join a lean, high-velocity team, shadowing and reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Business Management. This role is heavily focused on internal operations and cross-functional coordination. It offers a unique vantage point to collaborate across Product, Operations, Compliance, Trading, and Sales teams within an SFC-licensed, regulated financial institution serving institutional and VIP clients. What You’ll Do Instead of predictable daily routines, your work will span three core operational pillars: Cross-Functional Coordination & Trading Operations: Act as the operational glue between departments. You will partner heavily with internal teams (Product, IT, Legal, Risk, and Trading Ops) to help establish trackers, follow up on dependencies, and ensure smooth execution of cross-departmental projects and daily trading operations. Sales Operations & Process Monitoring: Support the oversight of retail and institutional business development activities. You will help audit and check communication channels (e.g., WeChat communication groups) to ensure internal sales processes, client follow-ups, and compliance standards are being strictly adhered to. Institutional Client Solutions & DDQ Support: Assist in managing requests from institutional clients. You will play a key role in coordinating and completing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and helping structure client requirements into clear, actionable documents for the internal teams. What You’ll Gain Highly Quantifiable Resume Value: Everything you deliver here is measurable. You will exit this internship with concrete experience in streamlining internal operations, managing complex cross-departmental workflows, and driving real business efficiency. Regulated Institutional Exposure: Gain rare, hands-on experience navigating the compliance, trading, and operational complexities of a premier licensed digital asset platform. Senior Leadership Visibility: Work closely with the Business Management lead, build a strong industry network, and earn impactful reference letters based on your output and internal coordination success. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an academically sharp, highly driven individual who brings momentum into the room and thrives in an operational, coordination-heavy environment. Qualifications: Immediately available to commit to a 4.5/5-day full-time internship for 3 to 6 months (6 months is highly preferred). Current undergraduate or recent graduate with a strong academic track record, specifically holding or pursuing a Business Degree (or highly related discipline). Full professional fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required (ability to review Chinese operational/sales chats is essential). Core Attributes: Operational Mindset: You have a strong affinity for internal operations and take pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Master Coordinator: You are highly organized, comfortable chasing stakeholders for updates, and capable of keeping multiple cross-departmental plates spinning at once. Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for identifying anomalies, whether you are reviewing DDQs, checking communication logs, or updating sales pipelines. Bias for Action: You are eager to step into a fast-paced environment, own your tasks, and demonstrate measurable output from your very first month.
