  1. 操盘负责喜茶新品项目，结合产品卖点、品牌调性，策划线上+线下整合营销全案，打造爆款新品；
  2. 围绕线下门店产品呈现、顾客体验等，跟进门店端落地执行，确保产品销售推广交付；
  3. 研究行业内优秀营销打法，总结提炼并结合喜茶品牌优化升级，体系化梳理产品营销工具。
  1. 3年-5年市场营销经验，独立负责过产品营销项目，具体线下门店市场经验；
  2. 具备出色沟通协调能力、抗压能力，能独立推动项目并执行落地；
  3. 具备用户思维，品牌思维，对产品包装、文案与策划有独到见解。
