About The Role

  1. 团队任务分配与协调：统筹课内工作，对课内人员进行机台操作、实验执行及改善项目等任务的合理分配与推进，确保日常工作有序开展；
  2. 工作进度统整与汇报：统整课内工作进展及关键节点达成情况，定期向经理和总监进行汇报，同步问题与风险；
  3. 良率异常改善：针对芯片量产过程中出现的良率异常，分析问题根因，针对负责机群提出改善方案并推动闭环落实；
  4. 工艺优化与成本降低：制定制程改善、降低损耗等计划方案，推动下属按节点执行，支撑部门年度产能、支出、良率改善目标达成；
  5. 人员管理与培训：落实课内人员的出勤管理、排班安排、绩效考核，制定培训计划并完善课件，提升团队专业能力与执行力。
  1. 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，具有理工科背景，化学、物理等专业优先；
  2. 行业与专业经验：8年以上晶圆厂相关制程经验，3年以上团队与项目管理经验；
  3. 其他要求：具有优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能针对不同专业部门采用适配的语言达成有效协作，推动项目闭环。
