About The Role

  1. 根据研究院创新药的发展战略和研究计划，参与创新药的研发工作；
  2. 建立科学、可信的动物模型，评价新药的活性；
  3. 利用成熟的技术平台评价新药的安全性；
  4. 开展制剂处方的开发，给药溶液的浓度和稳定性的考察；
  5. 为创新药的阶段性成果进行初步确证，为创新药的申报提供动物实验依据。
  1. 药理所实验岗位，分为不同工作方向，拥有体内免疫药效、体外筛选评价、干扰RNA药物研发、药代动力研究中的一项相关经历即可投递；
  2. 博士学历，药学、生物学、药理学、药物代谢动力学、医学、分子生物、临床等相关专业。
