QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in Customer Service/Support required.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Willing to coordinate with Delivery, Fleet/Transport, and Warehouse teams.
Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls and follow-ups with customers.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
Accurately update customer interactions in the CRM.
Complete SMS alerts and call reminders.
Meet daily call volume and service performance targets.
