European Entity Controller

Join LemFi, a fast-growing fintech company, as the European Entity Controller. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance operations of all our European entities, including the monthly close, statutory accounts, regulatory returns, and safeguarding work. You will partner closely with the Head of Finance Europe and local leadership on board reporting, tax, and business decisions. This is a high-ownership role with real stakes in a dynamic industry.

• Préparer et déposer les comptes statutaires, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient conformes aux normes FRS 102 / IFRS et déposés auprès du CRO dans les délais.
• Être responsable de la préparation des rapports réglementaires auprès de la CBI, y compris les retours sur les fonds propres et l'adéquation des capitaux.

• Comfortable working closely with senior finance and safeguarding leads, and presenting to local and Group leadership
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP, and confidence handling high volumes of multi-currency transactions including FX revaluation
• Based in Ireland and ready to be a visible, senior finance presence for the European business
• ACA, ACCA or CPA Ireland qualified, with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in regulated financial services
• Proven track record of Irish statutory accounts and clean audits in a CBI-regulated environment
• Hands-on experience of CBI regulatory returns, own-funds calculations and safeguarding under the EU (Payment Services) Regulations 2018
• Big 4 or similar audit background
• Experience supporting a CBI authorisation or a newly authorised firm in its first years of trading
• Payment institution or EMI experience, ideally in remittance or cross-border payments
