Platform & Knowledge Team Lead

As the Platform & Knowledge Team Lead, you will manage a team of specialists, own the AI backbone, govern content standards, run the program supply chain, and partner across the company. This is a player-coach role where you will also carry out hands-on implementation work.

• Lead the Platform & Knowledge team, managing a team of Knowledge Architects, Learning Design Managers, and AI Builders.
• Own the AI backbone, including knowledge agents, the Knowledge Command Center, indexing architecture, and content creation engine.
• Govern the truth by enforcing AI-consumability standards and a single source of truth, ensuring content meets established standards.
