AI Software Engineer Team Lead – RevAI (BigBrain)

As an AI Software Engineer Team Lead, you will lead a team of engineers, design and ship AI agents, and work closely with the business to understand revenue processes. You will own the technical direction of our in-house agent platform and integrate LLMs in production. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong server-side expertise, and proven experience shipping LLM-powered features.

• Lead a team of AI software engineers, mentor and grow them, set priorities, and own delivery from planning to production.
• Design, code and ship AI agents and agentic systems alongside the team, and own the technical direction of the in-house agent platform.
• Work closely with the business, partnering directly with sales, RevOps and GTM stakeholders to understand revenue processes and turn business needs into agents.
