Associate Director Project Manager

Join our team as an Associate Director Project Manager, where you will lead multi-disciplinary rail projects, manage the design process, and mentor junior staff. You will also be responsible for contract and commercial management, developing tender proposals, and winning new commissions. This role offers strong growth potential and the opportunity to take on more senior roles and responsibilities.

• Diriger le processus de conception, gérer une équipe de conception multi-disciplinaire et assurer la livraison réussie des projets.

• Relevant years of postgraduate experience, primarily in a consultancy environment
• Experience in the delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in Ireland/UK or equivalent
• Effective communicator (written, verbal & presentations)
• Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary design team
• Strong growth potential to take on more senior roles and responsibilities
• Full driving licence
• Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues, delivery partners and team members to ensure successful results and effective delivery
• A willingness to develop and build client relationships
• Educated to degree level (level 8/9 engineering degree)
• An awareness of developing technologies and best practice in the industry
• Confidence to challenge the status quo and think outside the box
• Chartered with Engineers Ireland or equivalent professional institution
