HR Services Administrator (M/F/D)

The HR Administrator is a key member of the HR Services Global Operations team, providing expert HR administration support for Poland & UK. This role serves as the primary escalation point for complex employee lifecycle, payroll, and time & attendance topics, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Polish and UK labor regulations, and a high-quality employee experience. The role also contributes to team coordination, coaching, and continuous improvement, partnering closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, COEs, and external vendors.
