Senior Supervisor, People Services

Job Summary: The role is responsible for providing executive support to the Site Leader and Site Leadership Team, while leading and overseeing the centralized People Service support across all Business Units. This includes the strategic coordination, operational management, and continuous improvement of Medical Services and Employee Services to ensure consistent service delivery, standardized processes, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience across the organization.
