Dealer Parts Support Operator

The Helpdesk Operator will provide efficient and professional support to both Domestic and Export dealers by managing and resolving dealer enquiries related to Service Parts and Accessories supplied by Ford Depot. The Helpdesk Operator will act as a key point of contact for dealers, ensuring that enquiries are accurately logged, investigated, followed up and resolved within the agreed timelines. The role is focused on providing an effortless dealer enquiry resolution experience, while contributing to dealer satisfaction, Ford’s future growth and overall profitability.
