  ​We’re seeking an experienced Test Lead to plan and lead integration, system and end-to-end testing across business, functional and technical domains. You’ll lead a vibrant team spread across Belgium, France, Poland and India, united by shared goals and great teamwork.
  
  ​Your day-to-day mission:
  ​Ensure requirements testability by collaborating with analysts and developers on clear acceptance criteria and test scenarios, using practices such as Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  ​Define and run a risk‑based test approach.
  ​Ensure consistency of test approach and automation practices across the initiative.
  ​Lead end‑to‑end testing and release readiness for complex, multi‑squad initiatives coordinating testing activities with junior testers and peers and acting as the escalation point for test‑related issues.
  ​Report progress, risks and readiness to stakeholders and escalate impediments when needed.
  ​Manage dependencies, risks and test‑related trade‑offs across delivery streams.
  ​Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  ​What you need to have to succeed in this role:
  ​Extensive knowledge of structured testing practices: planning, execution, evidence and reporting.
  ​Solid experience leading functional IT testing and standard test automation, embedding TDD and BDD practices.
  ​Ability to design, execute and maintain automated tests and interpret results.
  ​Proficiency with test management and reporting tools such as Azure DevOps.
  ​Advanced analytical skills to extract and interpret complex information.
  ​Proven experience handling complex testing scopes involving multiple teams.
  ​Effective communication and leadership skills, including negotiation and influencing skills.
  ​Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
  ​Strong command of English, both written and spoken.​
  Familiarity with IBM Mainframe (PL/1, SQL DB2, MQ, CICS, JCL, VSAM, XML).
  CI/CD and test management toolchain (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, Artifactory).
  Distributed, platform and integration landscapes (APIs, data, messaging).

  ​Hands‑on use of AI‑powered testing tools to accelerate automation, expand coverage, and surface actionable quality risks for stakeholders.
  ​Experience working within Agile frameworks.
