📍 Location: BGC, Taguig City

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related course.
• With at least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience; restaurant or F&B experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
• Familiar with cash reconciliation, sales monitoring, and inventory costing.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and trustworthy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily sales reports and financial records.
• Reconcile daily sales, cash collections, credit card transactions, and e-wallet payments.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supplier invoices.
• Check and reconcile petty cash, cash advances, and operating expenses.
• Monitor restaurant inventory, food costs, and related expenses.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial statements, and management reports.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations, purchasing, and management on financial matters.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
