Relationship Manager - Institutional Alliances

The Relationship Manager – Institutional Alliances will serve as the primary liaison between USGI and government agencies (prospective clients) in the Southern market. This role combines strategic business development with end‑to‑end claim management, ensuring strong, compliant relationships that expand USGI’s institutional footprint and revenue.

• Identify and cultivate new government partnership opportunities in the South area.
• Manage the claims queries of client and overview the claims analysis.
• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Maintain ongoing communication with key institutional stakeholders and government contacts.
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and renewal terms.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with internal legal, finance, and operations teams to support client needs.
• Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve claim processing efficiency.
• Represent USGI at industry events, conferences, and government forums.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years of relationship management or business development experience with government clients.
• Proven track record in claim management and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the Southern region as required.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and reporting tools.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
