Relationship Manager - Agency

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Agency Manager to drive sales through the agency channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve business targets and ensure quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
• Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve sales targets.
• Drive business growth through the agency channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and operational processes.
• Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls with agents.
• Generate leads and support agents in converting prospects into customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Insurance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Agency Channel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for business development activities.
