About The Role

Internal Communications
Help to standardize the company’s approach to internal communications as we scale, establishing repeatable rhythms to inform employees about business strategy, priorities, and culture.

Leverage video as a leading medium to make internal messages more easily consumable.

Write and edit content including internal newsletters, employee emails, leadership communications, and All Hands materials.

Maintain an internal editorial calendar to drive efficiency and standards around communications tone, approach, and cadence.

Partner to inform communications plans around major company announcements and milestones.

Monitor employee feedback to continuously improve comms impact.

Social Media
Own and develop the company’s strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram.

Create and curate compelling social content that engages both our buyer audiences and our employee community while strengthening the Icertis brand.

Find creative ways to showcase Icertis employees, culture, leadership, customer stories, company milestones, events, and points of view.

Lead the Icertis Booster Club – our employee advocacy program – to grow Icertian engagement and participation on social media.

Stay current on social trends, formats, creator behaviors, and platform changes, and identify opportunities for Icertis to experiment.
Track social performance and use insights to refine content, messaging, and channel strategy.
