Role Purpose: The Assistant Branch Manager - Inbound is responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting overall branch efficiency. [<role.com>] Handle cash operations, foreign exchange (FX), and related banking services within approved limits. [<role.com>] Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure within defined TATs. [<role.com>] Ensure accurate account-opening documentation and compliance checks before submission. [<role.com>] Support branch business goals through customer engagement and relationship management.
