MuleHide is looking for an Instructional Designer who will bring imagination, innovation, and technical expertise to our Training Department. This isn't just about developing training materials; it's about creating learning experiences that capture attention, build knowledge, and make a lasting impact.

In this role, you'll collaborate with subject matter experts, field associates, and leaders at all levels across the organization to transform ideas and technical information into meaningful, effective training experiences. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to think outside the box, challenge traditional approaches, and bring a fresh perspective to how people learn.

This position is based in Beloit, Wisconsin, and requires on-site presence. This is not a remote position.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Transform complex information into easy-to-understand training content.
• Reimagine existing training materials to make them more engaging, effective, and visually impactful.
• Develop eLearning modules, videos, and interactive training using scripting and storyboarding.
• Apply strong writing, editing, proofreading, and visual design skills to produce polished and professional content.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to team discussions and projects.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and identify solutions across software platforms.
• Oversee creative projects, timelines, and deliverables from conception to completion.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and identify solutions across software platforms.
• Continuously evaluate and improve training materials to ensure they remain relevant, accurate, and effective.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Specific technology experience may include, but is not limited to:

• Video Production: Adobe Premiere Pro
• Voiceover & Audio: Artlist, Audacity, Adobe Audition
• Graphic Design & Editing: Canva, Adobe Photoshop
• eLearning Development: Articulate
• Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Word, Forms, Excel, Power Automate

Specific qualifications may include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, or other related fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years related professional experience in course and content development for adult learners.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with graphic design, scriptwriting, and storyboarding.
• Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to work.
