Tourganize Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservation Officer to join our growing team in Mantuyong, Mandaue City, Cebu!
We are a service-oriented group operating since 2000, dedicated to delivering top-tier comfort and convenience across the public transport, car rental, and travel & tourism sectors.

Mantuyong, Mandaue City, Cebu
🔢 Vacancies: 1 (Full-Time)
🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Handle client inquiries and process reservations across booking portals and messaging platforms (Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, WeChat).
• Customize and arrange tours or transit bookings based on specific guest requirements.
• Coordinate closely with travel agents, points of contact (keys), and third-party suppliers to organize smooth itineraries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide fast, alternative booking solutions for guests.
• Prepare daily performance and tracking reports.

✨ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Graduate of any 4-year course (Degrees in Hospitality and Tourism Management are highly preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with strong multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with core messaging applications (Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, WeChat).
• Highly organized with keen attention to details and strong problem-solving initiative.
• Honest, trustworthy, and possesses positive interpersonal skills to handle pressure.
• Amenable to working graveyard shifts, shifting schedules, and rendering overtime.
• Experience in a related travel, car rental, or ticketing field is a strong advantage.
