Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, with supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
✅ Experience handling government transactions, local procurement, importation, and banking-related transactions is highly preferred.
✅ Knowledge of local and international purchasing procedures.
✅ Familiarity with banking transactions, payment processing, and procurement-related financial documentation.
✅ Willing to travel and conduct field transactions when required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
🔹 Supervise and oversee the day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities of the company.
🔹 Oversee transactions and documentation involving government agencies related to purchasing and procurement.
🔹 Supervise the sourcing and procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, and other company requirements from local suppliers.
🔹 Oversee the purchasing and importation of goods, materials, equipment, and supplies from international suppliers.
🔹 Coordinate with foreign suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, payment terms, shipping schedules, and documentation.
