Engineer

Job Description:
•Coordinate daily Equipment Engineering activities, schedules, and team requirements.
•Manage engineering documentation, reports, records, and administrative activities.
•Track action items, projects, and task completion to ensure timely closure.
•Coordinate communication and activities between Equipment Engineering and other departments.
•Monitor and maintain equipment performance to support smooth production operations.
•Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide technical support to minimize production interruptions
•Achieve and maintain equipment downtime below 10% as a key performance target.
•Drive equipment improvement activities to enhance reliability, efficiency, and productivity.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Electronic Engineering and at least 1 year experience in related industry and in mass production environment.
• With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/ data.
• Technical skills, Project management skills, Organization and efficiency, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Confidence, Problem solving skills, Communication skills & Team working skills.
