Financial Reporting Division Manager

Overview

The Financial Reporting Division Manager is responsible for leading the financial reporting function, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial reports and statements while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to support decision-making
• Lead financial reporting processes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with auditors and key stakeholders on reporting matters
• Monitor reporting controls, governance, and data accuracy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance, including leadership experience
• Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
