Roles & Responsibilities Oversee railway operations at power plants, ensuring efficient logistics and full compliance with safety and operational protocols. Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to strengthen rail infrastructure and ensure timely movement of coal, raw materials, and finished products. Plan and execute preventive maintenance for rail tracks, wagons, and related assets to maintain reliability and operational continuity. Coordinate with regulatory authorities to uphold compliance and maintain high operational standards. Lead and mentor the railway workforce, driving operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience & Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering Minimum 10 years of site level experience in power generation or transmission projects Demonstrated capability in railway track construction, material handling systems, and hands-on project execution with strong engineering focus. Proven ability in project planning, scheduling, enforcing quality standards, and overseeing site execution with emphasis on governance and regulatory compliance.
