Job Description & Summary: Our growing GRC Technology practice is a blend of experts with a broad range of skills offering specialized services to our key clients including development of business cases, technology roadmaps, tooling selections and implementations of GRC technology solutions. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_ServiceNow_Advisory_Bangalore Responsibilities: The role involves applying your knowledge on the deliveries including: · Bringing technical developer expertise on the ServiceNow IRM and TPRM module on the client engagements of varying scale and complexities · Leveraging your technical knowledge of the ServiceNow concepts, be able to present solutions to complex client problems while leading multiple large technology implementations, client presentations and management of key stakeholders Mandatory skill sets: Experience of having configuration and implementation of enhancement to build and automate client's IRM and TPRM module of the ServiceNow platform · System based knowledge of the ServiceNow IRM use-cases including atleast one or more GRC implementation, setting up Policy and Compliance, Issue Management, Risk and Audit Management modules. · Must have implemented or been part of a team implementing Third Party Risk Management processes. · Demonstrates skilled technical ability as ServiceNow Developer having experience in Widgets, Macros, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACL, Business Rules, Server and Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Reports, Dashboards, Notifications (Email & SMS) , Events, Workflows, Import sets, Schedules, Instance Upgrade, Flow Designer, Custom Applications. · Proven experience in having implemented customizations and technical system integrations using APIs such as SOAP, RESTFUL, GRAPHQL Integrations (both Inbound and Outbound) with other third party applications. · Understanding of Identity Access Roles and Users management in ServiceNow. · Experience of software implementation lifecycle, demonstrated by having implemented at least one or more GRC technology solutions through the cycle of solution design, configuration, test, and enablement · Hands-on experience in creating and debugging configurations built through standard and custom workflows in ServiceNow · Should have proficiency in coding languages: Javascript, Angular JS, HTML 5, CSS. · Demonstrates experience of working with the delivery teams and key client stakeholders while offering best solutions to clients’ complex business problems Preferred skill sets: · Experience of working with the Indian and International projects in a client facing role · Proven agility to operate across multiple technologies and projects while taking opportunities to learn and develop · Knowledge of performance of manual controls testing, gathering evidence, building documentation, and performing reviews · Technical GRC skills and a general understanding of accounting principles Years of experience required: 6 -10 years Education qualification: CA / ICWA / CFA / MBA / Engineer (Engineer-MBA combination along with CISA and/or DISA certification shall be preferred) Certifications in one or more ServiceNow certification considering CSA and CAD certification to be mandatory.
