A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with. Job Position Title: IN_ Sr.Associate_Cities_Advisory_Pune Responsibilities: Support GIS and Digital Twin workstreams across government and public sector engagements Develop GIS maps, dashboards, web applications, and spatial visualizations using ArcGIS (Pro, Online, Enterprise) and QGIS Perform spatial analysis, geocoding, georeferencing, geospatial data management, and database administration Support the design and implementation of 3D GIS and Digital Twin solutions for Smart Cities and infrastructure projects Conduct geospatial data analysis, spatial modeling, and thematic mapping for urban planning and infrastructure applications Manage spatial databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server) and enterprise geodatabases Develop web GIS applications and Location Intelligence solutions Support BIM-GIS integration and IoT-based geospatial solutions Create technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and implementation specifications Mandatory skill sets: Experience with BIM-GIS integration and IoT-based geospatial solutions Exposure to Smart Cities projects, urban planning initiatives, or infrastructure consulting Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) for web GIS applications Experience with cloud-based GIS platforms (ArcGIS Cloud, AWS, Azure) Familiarity with remote sensing data and satellite imagery analysis Project management experience in geospatial or digital transformation initiatives Experience with capacity building and training delivery Knowledge of government infrastructure programs and Smart Cities schemes Preferred skill sets: GIS & Geospatial Platforms: Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and/or QGIS Spatial Analysis & Databases: Strong understanding of spatial analysis, geodatabases, web GIS, and spatial databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server, etc.) Digital Twin & 3D GIS: Exposure to Digital Twin technologies, 3D GIS, Location Intelligence, and enterprise GIS platforms Programming & Automation: Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, or GIS automation tools Domain Knowledge: Understanding of government programs, urban development, infrastructure planning, and public sector consulting Data Management: Proficiency in geospatial data management, data quality assurance, and ETL processes Technical Documentation: Experience in preparing DPRs, RFPs, implementation roadmaps, and technical specifications Years of experience required: 3-6 years Education qualification: <B.tech> + MBA
