Job Position Title: Manager_GenAI/Agentic AI_Data & Analytics_Advisory_Kolkata Job Description Core skills: Hands-on development using Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI Search and Agent Service; strong Python development and experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, LangSmith and/or LangFuse. GenAI engineering: RAG, embeddings/vector search, chunking, retrieval/reranking, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, MCP, agent workflows, multi-agent systems, memory and context management. Production engineering: CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub, Docker, REST APIs, cloud deployment, RBAC/managed identity, secrets management, caching, error/retry handling and scalable API services. AI quality & operations: Experience with LLM/agent evaluation, tracing, OpenTelemetry, monitoring, logging, token/cost/latency analysis, hallucination/grounding assessment and guardrails. Exposure to automated regression testing for GenAI applications preferred.
