You will also be supported by our Graduate Programme which provides a structured learning experience.

This role offers two six-month rotations across Group Office and Asia, providing broad exposure to finance systems, operational accounting and AI-enabled process improvement. Based in Malaysia, you will support priority projects while building practical finance and transformation experience.

End to end Finance function which includes but not limited to following:

• Complete two six-month rotations, one within Group Office and one within the Asia finance team.
• Month-end close process
• Responsible for monthly credit control
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Carry out ad hoc and other duties assigned by manager
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles in accordance with local and international framework/standards

• Preferably holding a Degree/Diploma, CAT or Business relevant disciplines
• Empowered to be quick to act and take steps to address issues
• Builds diverse networks and cooperative key working relationships to work in partnership with others
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Communicates clearly and actively listens to others
• Receptive to feedback and appropriately expresses own opinions.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
