PERFORMANCE MGMT & BIZ PLANNING LEAD

Role Purpose Drive Sales & Retail performance beyond reporting by identifying gaps, quantifying business impacts, unlocking growth opportunities and driving interventions to deliver business targets. Responsibilities Monitor performance across regions, channels and key commercial drivers. Identify performance gaps, root causes and growth opportunities. Quantify revenue, margin and productivity impacts. Drive corrective actions with business owners, ensuring accountability and gap closure. Lead target setting, forecasting and business performance outlook. Evaluate commercial opportunities, risks and financial trade-offs. Recommend interventions to improve revenue, productivity and profitability. Track business initiatives against committed financial outcomes. Translate performance data into actionable insights, priorities and recommendations . Deliver concise management reviews focused on gaps, opportunities, impacts and required actions. Provide scenario modelling and commercial impact assessments to support decisions. Simplify and automate performance dashboards to enable faster decisions. Drive structured performance reviews and intervention tracking. Challenge and align regional, channel and cross-functional business owners on recovery plans. Monitor action effectiveness and escalate risks to ensure delivery of business targets. Requirements Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or related field. Minimum 8 years in commercial performance management, business planning or sales operations. Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking and financial modelling skills. Proven ability to turn insights into actions and measurable business results. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in Excel and BI tools; SQL/Power BI/Tableau is an advantage. Proactive, hands-on and results-driven.
