About The Role

  • Lead SAP ABAP development teams across multiple modules (SD, MM, QM, EWM, FI/CO, PP, etc.)
  • Define and enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and extensibility best practices
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Drive design, development, and deployment of ABAP objects, CDS views, OData services, and Fiori integration
  • Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations (GxP, FDA, SOX) and IT audit requirements
  • Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
  • Oversee integration with middleware platforms (SAP CPI/PI, third-party systems)
  • Provide technical leadership in S/4HANA transformation programs, including upgrades and migrations
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university (any discipline)
  • 14 to 17 years of relevant SAP ABAP experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
