Advanced R&D Engr/Scientist

We are seeking an R&D Engineer/Scientist to support the development and optimization of polymer material processing technologies. The successful candidate will lead experimental activities, analyze technical data, solve processing challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and process innovations.

Develop and optimize polymer processing technologies, including injection molding and extrusion.
Design and execute DOE (Design of Experiments) and analyze results to support technical decision-making
Troubleshoot material, process, and product performance issues
Lead or independently manage assigned R&D projects.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and commercial teams to deliver technical solutions.
Provide technical support to customers and manufacturing sites.
Communicate technical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or above in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
4–6+ years of experience in polymer materials, processing, or product development.
Strong knowledge of injection molding and extrusion processes.
Experience with DOE, data analysis, and process optimization.
Fluoropolymer processing experience (PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, PVDF, etc.) is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Additional Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
