• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a harmonious work environment.
• Stay updated with labor laws and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a tech-focused company.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
