Staff Product Manager (Enterprise Deployment Solutions)
Grafana Labs · Ireland
About The Role
Join Grafana Labs as a Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions. In this fully remote role, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain, own the experience and roadmap, and collaborate with company leadership on setting product goals. You'll be the primary advocate and expert in your area, communicating effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders. Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS due to compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints.
- You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity
- This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Ireland
- Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics
- Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization
- Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required
- 5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product, or a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership
- Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
- Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud
- Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
- Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products
- Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners
- Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies
