EV Technical Trainer - Sanand

As an EV Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to the Client team and Channel partners, conducting engaging practical sessions, and implementing the ADDIE process of training. You will also maintain comprehensive training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. A bachelor's degree in engineering and 4+ years of experience in the automobile industry, with specific service training experience, is required. Electric vehicle exposure is mandatory.

• Responsible for delivering technical training to Client team & Channel partners teams, ensuring thorough understanding and mastery of product knowledge.
• Accountable for conducting engaging and informative practical sessions for candidates, fostering hands-on learning experiences.
• Own the implementation of the ADDIE process of training, from analysis to evaluation, to ensure effective learning outcomes.

• Education: Bachelor's in engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/Automobile/Mechanical)

Skills:

• Diagnostic experience in Automobile workshop
• Hands on for vehicle parts removal & re-fitment
• Training delivery to various profiles
• Training content development
• Hands on MS-office tools
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in instruction

4+ years’ Experience in the Automobile Industry, Specific service training experience in OEM & or Automobile Service Centre experience as Diagnostic Expert

Electric Vehicle exposure is mandatory
